As far as I know,most foreign free outstanding Blog Service Provider(BSP) have been banned by GWF in China.Such as WORDPRESS,MY OPERA,BLOGSPOT and so on.Most people in China can not visit these sites any more if they are sustained banned .Is it because these BSP violate the law in China?I don’t think so.In fact,the most important reason is that these BSP can not be controlled by Chinese goverment,any one can create an account on these sites and they can say anything on their blog,and some posts of theirs are not allowed in China.
By comparison,SINA in China is much more clever,he knows the law in China,any one who writes a blog the goverment don’t like and SINA will immediately delete it,so SINA can be the most popular blog in China.However,I don’t like it.
